Subliminal
It means a sound below the conscious awareness of the conscious mind.
Simply, subliminal is an audio recording placed in meditation recordings, at a volume you cannot hear with the naked ear, but your subconscious mind can hear and is aware of everything that happens during meditation..
Subliminal are positive affirmations and suggestions that bypass your conscious mind and are directly implanted into your subconscious mind.
These hidden positive affirmations and suggestions are embedded in the background music, just below the normal hearing level.
Because your conscious mind is not aware of the positive affirmations or suggestions that have been accepted, it does not put up barriers against them and accepts them directly.
This is why subliminal avoids any resistance from your conscious mind, which usually hinders you from reaching
the desired goal of meditation..
Your conscious mind will only hear the music and my voice during meditation....
But there's a lot happening behind the scenes!
With repeated listening, your subconscious mind begins to accept the positive suggestions from the subliminal as your new reality.
It will be easier for you to achieve your desired goal from meditation.

Today, I went to the beach with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to
my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell
to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it
pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I
