What is meditation?

Meditation is a way to quiet the conscious mind and connect with the subconscious mind, where our deep concepts reside.

And since the subconscious mind is in control of this process, through meditation (if we wish) we can change our concepts, perspectives, and the way we deal with certain matters, and often at a much deeper level than the conscious mind.

 

The experience of meditation is difficult to explain until you try it yourself. But it leads you to inner peace, and this is what attracts many to practice meditation.
